Organizational Design, Structure and Culture and Their Effects in Health Sector
Abstract
Each home has a family, a hierarchy, a way of living, some norms and more that they continue to carry on for ages, so do the Business Organizationsor Health Sector. The questions that arise are: what is an Organization, what are the different types of Cultures followed in them? What are the disparities between Organizational Structure and design? Is it necessary to understand this particularly with respect to Health Sector?
